Former actress Kathy Hilton was spotted looking incredibly elegant while going out for dinner at Mr. Chow’s in Los Angeles on Monday evening. Paris Hilton‘s mom (I’m sure you still remember her, right?) was joined by her husband, Richard Hilton.
