Uh Oh, Nick Lachey better be careful or Taylor Swift is going to write a song about him! In an interview with MTV, the singer along with his fellow 98 Degrees bandmates gave some advice to boybanders like One Direction and The Wanted. 98 Degrees member Jeff Timmons first started by saying;
“Surround yourselves with good people.”
“I mean, not to get too serious about it, but that’s one thing that I think that we didn’t always have. We didn’t always have folks looking out for us the right way. Surround yourselves with good people; enjoy the ride.”
That’s some pretty solid advice I think, but that’s not where the advice giving ended. Nick Lachey then chimed in and said;
“And stay away from Taylor Swift!”
“She’ll write a song about you… Oh! I’m too late on that one. I didn’t get to [that advice] fast enough. [The song will] be a hit, but it will be about you.”
Yikes, I have a feeling Taylor Swift won’t appreciate that comment at all! After all, she didn’t take too kindly to Tina Fey and Amy Poehler after the Golden Globes so I have a feeling Taylor won’t have very many good things to say about Nick as soon as she hears this. It is some pretty good advice though:)
