Rumors that there is a hot romance going on between manwhore John Mayer and Katy Perry are running wild on the Net. It sure looks like there is something going on between these two and quite honestly they are not hiding it very well.
People magazine is reporting that Mayer and Perry were spotted leaving Chateau Marmont on Wednesday where they had just enjoyed dinner together. The magazine has a photograph of the two in a car but it is unclear if it is from that same evening. According to a source the mag has, John and Katy have talked on the phone a bunch of times and had a couple of dates but they are taking things slow.
I love it when the whole, “they are taking things slow” line comes out because I feel like it is a line used as often as the “they are just friends line”. It is a blah statement if you will. However in this case I hope for her sake it is true. After just getting out of a marriage with Russell Brand getting serious with womanizer Mayer may not be the best thing for the “Firework” singer.
The most recent rendezvous between the two singers is of course adding fuel to the fire that they are dating. There has been no word from either John or Katy’s camp on the subject but that doesn’t mean there isn’t something going on. So that being said I want to know what you think of John Mayer and Katy Perry as a couple. Do you think he is good for her, or even her for him? Whatever your thoughts let me hear them because you already know mine. He loves the ladies and might not be the best choice for her but who am I to say since I don’t know either one of them.
