Claire Danes is a crowd favorite and a lot of you will be happy to know that she’s expecting her first child with husband Hugh Dancy. Their rep (Jodi Gottlieb) has confirmed the news and twitter is already abuzz! Most of us are congratulating the couple (Claire, 33 and Hugh, 37) who married back in 2009, but some people seem very concerned about the future of Claire‘s new Showtime series Homeland. Lol, I’m sure the show will be fine; pregnant women can still act, last I checked :)

Although I too have a difficult time seeing Claire Danes as someone other than Juliet, I’m excited for the very talented actress. While the tweets I pulled seem to put a lot of pressure on the newly expecting couple, a lot of the tweets were also sweet, simple, and congratulatory.
But I’m apparently missing out on big things by not watching this new show of hers! Anybody wanna fill me in on Homeland?
