Talk about a hot daddy in the making! French actor Olivier Martinez was spotted picking up Halle Berry‘s daughter Nahla from her pre-school in Brentwood, Calif. on Friday afternoon.
It looks like Olivier is going to have to stay put in sunny California as a judge recently ruled that Halle cannot move her daughter to France, as she would be taking her away from her biological father, Gabriel Aubry. While I’m sure there’s nothing like living in Paris, at least you can’t beat year-round warm weather in L.A.!
