Ke$ha 'Gives So Many F---s' About Her New Album
'On this record, I said, 'Let's leave the tricks to a minimum and let me wail,' ' Ke$ha tells Rolling Stone about her 'vulnerable' album.

<P>Last month, seemingly against the will of his employer, super producer Dr. Luke leaked a snippet of a song called <a href="/news/articles/1686772/kesha-supernatural-single.jhtml">"Supernatural,"</a> a walloping slab of electro-pop presumably set to be featured on <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/kesha_/artist.jhtml">Ke$ha</a>'s long-in-the-works new album.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Ke$ha Says New Album Will Be ' Balls-Out, Irreverent Rock'" id="vid:652875" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>"You leaked my song about me having sexy time with a ghost!" Ke$h subsequently tweeted at Luke." Now everyone knows I get it on with ghosts!"</P><P>Of course, we're assuming Ke$ha was just feigning outrage at the sneak peek, because in an interview in the new issue of <i>Rolling Stone,</i> she speaks in-depth about her upcoming album (tentatively due later this year), saying that it melds her Auto-Tuned, pop-heavy past with her current, <a href="/news/articles/1663946/kesha-new-album.jhtml">classic rock-indebted present</a>.</P><P>"I want it to be a mix of what works on the radio and what I listen to in my spare time," she said. "I'm on a steady diet of T. Rex and Iggy Pop."</P><P>Ke$ha and Luke also previewed a handful of tracks for the magazine (they have 17 songs in various forms of completion), including "Die Young," the aforementioned "Supernatural" and "Last Goodbye." Tentative guest stars include Flaming Lips' main man Wayne Coyne — who, back in May, <a href="/news/articles/1685827/kesha-flaming-lips-tattoo.jhtml">spoke to MTV News</a> about working with the singer — Pop and Black Keys' drummer Patrick Carney. And unlike her previous <i>Animal</i> and <i>Cannibal</i> albums, Ke$ha said that, on her new record, she's not afraid to get deep.</P><P>"The first two records talked more about partying, which is a great, magical part of life. But some songs on the new record are more personal and vulnerable," she said. "And you can hear more of the music I listen to when I'm lying in my bed. I'm not claiming that it's a rock record, but as long as it's f---ing good, you can call it whatever you want."</P><P>And though Ke$ha's worked hard at cultivating her hard-partying persona, her new album is very much a labor of love ... not to mention a nod to the naysayers who dismissed her as nothing more than a flash in the pan.</P><P>"About 90 percent of the time, I don't give a f---. But I give so many f---s about this album," she said. "Some people weren't sure if I could sing. Justin Bieber's 'As Long As You Love Me' Video Debuts Today!
MTV News rounds up everything you need to know about JB's upcoming clip.

<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> is set to release his highly anticipated music video for his latest <i>Believe</i> track, "As Long as You Love Me," on Wednesday (August 1). The clip for the swirling club jam appears to have all the components of a memorable video. From the cast to the director, Bieber has enlisted some A-list talent to help make something that could be very, very epic.</P><P>Fans first started looking forward to the video when Bieber announced the song would be his next <a href="/news/articles/1688450/justin-bieber-next-single-as-long-as-you-love-me.jhtml">single back in June</a>, riding high off the release of his chart-topping album. And while his <a href="http://www.mtv.com/ontv/vma/2012/">VMA</a>-nominated video for "Boyfriend" was light on concept — focusing more on Bieber, cars and pretty people — once a still from the new clip hit the Web weeks later, Beliebers knew that things were set to get much more remarkable.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Justin Bieber Proving His Haters Wrong With 'Good Music'" id="vid:793035.id:1687833" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Earlier this month, the singer dropped the image from the Anthony Mandler-directed video. In it, the 18-year-old <a href="/news/articles/1689686/justin-bieber-bloody-as-long-as-you-love-me-video.jhtml">pop stud appeared bloodied and bruised</a>. At the time, little was known about what the video would be about, but Mandler did share that "It's a story of love.... #believe." Big Sean, who appears on the song, also tweeted about being on set with Bieber for the clip. Usher, will.i.am and Asher Roth all stopped by the set, Bieber wrote. No word on if they made the final cut of the video.</P><P>Then, just as news from the "ALAYLM" video began to slow down, Bieber revealed that <a href="/news/articles/1690266/justin-bieber-michael-madsen-as-long-as-you-love-me-video.jhtml">"Kill Bill" actor Michael Madsen</a> would be making a cameo in the clip. His role remained a secret, but that secret was unearthed last week when a <a href="/news/articles/1690699/justin-bieber-michael-madsen-as-long-as-you-love-me-video-teaser.jhtml">teaser for the video</a> dropped. In it, Madsen plays the overprotective dad of Bieber's love interest. In the intro for the visual, the actor warns the singer to stay away, or else. Judging from the looks of it, Bieber isn't planning to leave his lady love anytime soon.</P><P>The full video drops Wednesday, and that's when fans will learn if Bieber has abided by Madsen's rules or if he sets out to prove that love conquers all.</P><P><i>Do you think Justin will defend love in the "As Long as You Love Me" video? Katt Williams Brings Police On Wild Chase
Comedian Katt Williams is continuing on with his recent law breaking streak. This time the 39-year old entertainer led police on a 2 minute chase while driving his 3 wheeled Can Am motorcycle through Sacramento up to 35 mph.
The pursuit occurred this past Sunday, November 25th, according to The LA Times who detailed Williams wild escapade as taking place through the downtown area where he proceeded to run lights, endangering those around him. During the chase he reportedly yelled at officers, “I’m not going to stop.”
Other reliable news outlets also reported on Williams’ wild chase, sharing that the actor was also causing trouble earlier in the day, driving on sidewalks and scaring pedestrians who feared they would be run over. In the end police were said to have stopped chasing the actor, who appeared to look “drugged out” per an eyewitness, to end what could have resulted in a fatal outcome.
Authorities did state that they planned to press charges against Williams for evading arrest, presenting the case to the Sacramento district attorney’s office.. He is currently dealing with other legal problems as well stemming from previous incidents.
Just last month Katt was arrested for assaulting his assistant. Williams allegedly punched the woman, causing damage that landed her at the hospital to seek medical treatment. The father of eight also caused a ruckus during one of his shows, spitting on a heckler in the crowd, and was recently arrested and pulled in for questioning following an assault on an unknown male who was hit in the head with a bottle.
A representative from Katt Williams camp have declined to comment on the comedian’s recent run in with the California police. Details are sure to be emerge following the DA’s attention to the case.

Looking to use her celebrity for a great cause, Selena Gomez showed up at Serendipity restaurant in New York City today (November 29).
The “Who Says” songstress was in the house to meet with a very special fan- 10-year-old brain tumor survivor Frehlee Gilmore- for a segment on “Good Morning America.”
Gomez spent some time encouraging and chatting with Gilmore as the cameras rolled, as part of an arrangement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Prior to Selena’s arrival, anchor Josh Elliot asked Frehlee what her wish was before adding, “What if I said I could make that wish come true right now?” Glimore has made a full recovery since having brain surgery earlier this year.

<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/knowles_beyonce/artist.jhtml">Beyoncé</a> and <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/jay_z/artist.jhtml">Jay-Z</a> are not only the undisputed first couple of hip-hop, but they are also the world's highest-paid celebrity couple, according to <a href="http://www.forbes.com/sites/andersonantunes/2012/08/06/the-worlds-highest-paid-celebrity-couples-2/" target="_blank"><i>Forbes.</i></a></P><P>The music moguls rose to the top of the ranks after getting beat out by New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen <a href="http://rapfix.mtv.com/2011/08/20/jay-z-beyonce-make-forbes-top-power-couples-list/">back in 2011</a>.</P><P>This year, despite Beyoncé's seemingly lower profile in the music world, she still managed to rack in $40 million thanks to her many ventures in and out of music, including her 2011 album <i>4.</i> As for Hova, well, <i>Forbes</i> notes he brought in slightly less with an income of $38 million thanks to his <i>Watch the Throne</i> album and tour with Kanye West, as well as his own enterprises outside of music.</P><P>While their combined $78 million makes them the couple to beat, last year's #1 couple Gisele and Tom are following close at #2 with $72 million in a combined salary. They've earned their keep on the list through modeling gigs (for both partners) and his contract with the Patriots, which runs through 2014.</P><P>What other power couples made the list? Well, Posh Spice Victoria Beckham and her Los Angeles Galaxy soccer-playing hubby, David Beckham, come in at #3, but are more than $20 million behind in salary. But don't feel too bad for them: They raked in a combined $54 million through endorsement deals, clothing lines and royalties. The <i>Forbes</i> list is compiled using data taken between May 1, 2011 and May 1, 2012. In that time, the #4 couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, walked away with a combined $45 million. They earned their money as actors in both big- and small-budget films, and through modeling gigs like Jolie's with Louis Vuitton.</P><P>The final couple in the top 5 is Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. Usher Stepson Kile Glover's Funeral Set For Friday
The 11-year-old will be laid to rest in Atlanta after being taken off life support.

<P><a href="/news/articles/1689206/ushers-stepson-declared-brain-dead-after-jet-ski-accident.jhtml">Usher's stepson Kile Glover</a> will be laid to rest during a funeral service scheduled to take place in Atlanta on Friday. The 11-year-old died from heart failure last week after being <a href="/news/articles/1690157/usher-stepson-kile-glover-taken-off-life-support.jhtml">taken off life support</a> following a tragic jet-ski accident in early July.</P><P>Glover, who is the son of Usher ex-wife Tameka Foster and Atlanta TV executive Ryan Glover, was struck by a jet ski on Atlanta's Lake Lanier on July 6 while riding an inner tube with a friend. He was immediately airlifted to the hospital, where doctors <a href="/news/articles/1689206/ushers-stepson-declared-brain-dead-after-jet-ski-accident.jhtml">pronounced him brain-dead</a>. Glover was removed from life support last weekend, after his family previously issued statements asking fans for their prayers.</P><P>According to the <a href="http://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta/funeral-for-kile-glover-1484629.html" target="_blank"><i>Atlanta Journal-Constitution,</i></a> the funeral will be held at the Wieuca Road Baptist Church on Peachtree Road in Atlanta at 11 a.m. on Friday.</P><P>"We know God's in control, and are leaning on our faith in Him and His word at this most difficult time," the family said in a statement following the accident. "We firmly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you all continue to pray and lift Kile up, as it's the best way we can all support him now."</P><P>The man driving the jet ski that struck Glover was identified as 38-year-old family friend Jeffrey S. Enjoying some time up north, Juno Temple showed up at Vancouver International Airport in Vancouver, Canada last night (November 26).

Clearly things are heating up between Rihanna and her seemingly on-again boyfriend, Chris Brown. Rihanna joined Chris in Berlin for Thanksgiving. Now she reportedly plans to take him home to Barbados as well as flying Chris’ mother out so their families can hang out together. A source told London’s paper The Sun:
“The more the public criticize Rihanna for getting back with Chris, the more determined she is to do whatever she wants. While no one else can understand it, she’s convinced that Chris is the love of her life and her soulmate and that they’re simply meant to be together. She’s booked him and his mum into a five-star villa in Barbados over New Year so they can all get some downtime with her family.”
Well, all I can say is, Rihanna is absolutely right: she can do what she wants. It’s no one’s place to judge, even if it is mind-boggling.

Marion Cotillard Explains The Katy Perry-'Rust And Bone' Connection
"Rust and Bone," the Cannes entry and the latest film from critically-lauded French director Jacques Audiard, doesn't exactly sound like the kind of movie that would feature a Top 40 hit from Katy Perry on the soundtrack.
The story of how two lost souls find each other after one of them suffers an accident during a killer whale routine at an aquarium doesn't scream "Baby, you're a firework," but the mega-hit pops up a number of times on the soundtrack, including some deeply emotional scenes featuring Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard.
When MTV News' Josh Horowitz spoke with Cotillard while she was doing press for the film, she explained how the pop song ended up in the serious French drama.

"['Firework'] was not written in the script. That was in the [whale] show, and that fits perfectly with [the scene]. In the song, there's something very emotional and very energetic," Cotillard said. "It's a very interesting song because it's a very big pop song, but at the same time, there is something. It must be the mix of how she sings it and the music, but I was actually very happy that they chose that song out of the show for this special scene on the balcony. "
Although Cotillard says she is a fan of the song, she has yet to meet Perry in person. "I'm really looking forward to it," she said. "I hope I will."

<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> is set to release his highly anticipated music video for his latest <i>Believe</i> track, "As Long as You Love Me," on Wednesday (August 1). The clip for the swirling club jam appears to have all the components of a memorable video. From the cast to the director, Bieber has enlisted some A-list talent to help make something that could be very, very epic.</P><P>Fans first started looking forward to the video when Bieber announced the song would be his next <a href="/news/articles/1688450/justin-bieber-next-single-as-long-as-you-love-me.jhtml">single back in June</a>, riding high off the release of his chart-topping album. And while his <a href="http://www.mtv.com/ontv/vma/2012/">VMA</a>-nominated video for "Boyfriend" was light on concept — focusing more on Bieber, cars and pretty people — once a still from the new clip hit the Web weeks later, Beliebers knew that things were set to get much more remarkable.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Justin Bieber Proving His Haters Wrong With 'Good Music'" id="vid:793035.id:1687833" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Earlier this month, the singer dropped the image from the Anthony Mandler-directed video. At the time, little was known about what the video would be about, but Mandler did share that "It's a story of love.... #believe." Big Sean, who appears on the song, also tweeted about being on set with Bieber for the clip. Usher, will.i.am and Asher Roth all stopped by the set, Bieber wrote. No word on if they made the final cut of the video.</P><P>Then, just as news from the "ALAYLM" video began to slow down, Bieber revealed that <a href="/news/articles/1690266/justin-bieber-michael-madsen-as-long-as-you-love-me-video.jhtml">"Kill Bill" actor Michael Madsen</a> would be making a cameo in the clip. His role remained a secret, but that secret was unearthed last week when a <a href="/news/articles/1690699/justin-bieber-michael-madsen-as-long-as-you-love-me-video-teaser.jhtml">teaser for the video</a> dropped. In it, Madsen plays the overprotective dad of Bieber's love interest. In the intro for the visual, the actor warns the singer to stay away, or else. Judging from the looks of it, Bieber isn't planning to leave his lady love anytime soon.</P><P>The full video drops Wednesday, and that's when fans will learn if Bieber has abided by Madsen's rules or if he sets out to prove that love conquers all.</P><P><i>Do you think Justin will defend love in the "As Long as You Love Me" video?
